{"id":2965,"date":"2026-10-07T08:38:22","date_gmt":"2026-10-07T08:38:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iceem.tuiasi.ro\/?page_id=2965"},"modified":"2026-10-07T09:23:40","modified_gmt":"2026-10-07T09:23:40","slug":"authors-guidelines","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.iceem.tuiasi.ro\/?page_id=2965","title":{"rendered":"Authors guidelines"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please consider these author guidelines and formatting instructions for preparing your abstracts for submission:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Formatting instructions:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please name the abstract file as: first_author_surname.docx (e.g. marin.docx)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The abstract must strictly not exceed 2 pages formatted as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A4 paper format, 2.5 cm overall margins,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Title: uppercase, Times New Roman 14 bold<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Authors names: Times New Roman 12 bold (authors\u2019 full names)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affiliation: Times New Roman, 10 points, Italics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corresponding author\u2019s full address, phone and e-mail: Times New Roman, 10 points, italics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abstract chapters: Times New Roman, 11 points, Bold, Italics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Body Text: justified body text, Times New Roman 11 pt, 1.5 lines text spacing, and 1.25 cm first-line indentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Figures and tables can be included, but references are not permitted. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acknowledgements may be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Evaluation criteria:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please consider that your abstract will be evaluated by members of the International scientific committee on the following aspects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;<strong>Subject:<\/strong> Does the abstract fall within the ICEEM14 topics and does it match the conference topic selected during submission?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Originality<\/strong>. Does the study make an original contribution to its field?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Structure<\/strong>. Does the abstract contain all the key elements that define a well-structured (future) paper: introduction, study objectives, methodology, results, discussion and conclusions?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Introduction<\/strong>. Are the research questions clearly defined in the context of existing research?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Methodologies<\/strong>. Does the abstract briefly describe issues such as data collection, investigation methods, etc.?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Results and Discussion<\/strong>. Is there sufficient scientific insight into the presentation and discussion of results so as to address the research questions?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conclusions<\/strong>. The abstract should be concluded with remarks that are supported by the results which subsequently show how that research moves scientific knowledge forward in the papers\u2019 topic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Language<\/strong>.
