The fees for the onsite ICEEM12 Conference will cover:
- The conference materials (Program, Abstracts book),
- Coffee breaks, lunches, cocktail and conference dinner
- Presentation of 2 abstracts / registration

PhD students may apply for a reduced fee. Visit this page for details and additional info.
Registered participants that have payed the fee may have 2 presentations at the ICEEM sessions, as poster or as oral communication. Because PhD students are eligible to a reduced fee, they can only present one accepted paper. For participants who wish to present more than 2 papers and have their abstracts published in the Book of Abstracts, an additional 85 EUR fee will be charged for each additional abstract.
Accompanying persons have a special status. They may participate only to the ICEEM12 social events (cocktail and conference dinner), and they do not receive the ICEEM12 materials, certificate of attendance and cannot present any papers.
Please note that fee payment and ICEEM12 participation do not automatically lead to full-paper publication in any of the journals. Invitations for full-paper submission will be realized after ICEEM12 based on a selection process by International Scientific Committee. Publication of full-papers is fully conditioned by the review process of each Journal.
