The Abstract submission and evaluation process are completed and the ICEEM13 Participants registration is now open. Please read carefully the information below before proceeding to register:
The ICEEM13 registration for participation is done exclusively online, by filling-in the form available on this page: ICEEM 13 Participant registration.
Registration is open only for authors that had their abstracts accepted and have sent the Authors Warranty form back to the ICEEM13 Organizing Committee.
Please note that each participant may present two accepted papers at ICEEM13 for one fee. Participants with reduced fee (e.g. PhD students and other invited guests) can only present one accepted paper. For participants who wish to present more than 2 papers and have their abstracts published in the Book of Abstracts, an additional 85 EUR fee for each abstract will be charged.
Upon registration, you will receive an email containing the registration info, the invoice and the Author’s Warranty form (please do send it to the secretariat, if you haventt done so yet). Please check your email and the spam folder as well.
Early Bird Registration dead-line with reduced conference fees is 30th of June 2025.
