Registration and participation at ICEEM12 is based on an abstract selection process that includes:
- Abstract submission by prospective participants.
- Abstract review, communication of abstract acceptance decisions by the International Scientific Committee and
- Participants registration fee payment .
- Late fee payment

To submit an abstract, please take a look at the Themes and topics of ICEEM12 to find an adequate section to disseminate your research.
Please use this abstract template which contains instructions for authors on how to prepare your abstracts. Any other format for the abstract will not be considered for review.
The extended abstract submission should be done no later than 21/ 04 /2023 .
After the review process, authors will be notified for participation and the accepted abstracts will be published electronically in a Book of Abstracts (which will be available in the Conference folder).
Please note that the abstract submission is done exclusively by using the form below. Abstracts submitted by e-mail will not be considered for review.
