REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
Participants registration at ICEEM12 is possible only online by filling in the form below. Email registrations will not be considered.
To register, you may use the unique submission ID that you got in the abstract submission confirmation email to pre-fill some of the registration form fields, but please review and correct, if necessary, the requested info. Alternatively, if you no longer have access to this ID, you may enter the data manually.
Please make sure that you register each of your accepted contributions. Each participant may present up to 2 papers at ICEEM 12 for one registration and fee payment. For every additional abstract a supplementary 85 EUR fee will be charged. Also, because PhD students may participate with a reduced fee, they are entitled for only one presentation.
Also, if you plan to participate with an accompanying person, please fill-in this info as well. Accompanying persons are welcome to participate at all ICEEM12 social events, but cannot participate at the conference sessions and will not be issued with the conference materials (bag, badge and certificate of attendance).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please check your email accounts (including the spam folders) for a personalized email containing important information about your registrations and fee payment.
Participants with reduced fee include PhD students that have been accepted by the ISC and other invited participants. Participants with reduced fee are required to insert the code they have received by email in corresponding field upon registration. When filling in thee registration form, if it is the case, entitled participants should check the “Participant with reduced fee?” field (plenary and key note lecturers, PhD students) and then insert the code in the “Reduced Fee Code” field so your invoice will be updated with the discounted fee.
Please be aware that the actual fees are valid for Registration until June 30, 2023. After July 1st 2023, the Early bird registration will end and fees will increase. Please check the Fees page for updated information.
