The Abstract submission and evaluation process are completed and the ICEEM12 Participants registration is now open. Please read carefully the information below before proceeding to register:
The ICEEM12 registration for participation is done exclusively online, by filling-in the form available on this page: ICEEM 12 Participant registration form
Registration is open only for authors that had their abstracts accepted and have sent the Authors Warranty form back to the ICEEM12 Organizing Committee.
Please note that each participant may present two accepted papers at ICEEM12 for one fee. Because PhD students are entitled to a reduced fee, they can only present one accepted paper. For participants who wish to present more than 2 papers and have their abstracts published in the Book of Abstracts, an additional 85 EUR fee for each abstract will be charged.
Upon registration, you will receive 2 emails, one containing the registration info and the other one containting the invoice. Please check your email and the spam folder as well.
Early Bird Registration dead-line with reduced conference fees is 30th of June 2023.
